About
For this project, I designed an exhibition of work by MinaLima, the graphic designers for the Harry Potter movies. I have admired their work for years and jumped at the opportunity to study their projects and create designs inspired by them. I developed invitations, tickets, programs, and candy boxes for the event.
Process
MinaLima is known for their captivating and eclectic design style. Their use of texture, color, and hand-drawn elements are unique to them and set the tone for the entire Harry Potter series. I had a blast gathering inspiration from their projects and crafting a concept that they could actually use for an exhibition.
Prototypes
I made realistic prototypes of the invitations and tickets to the exhibition, the program, and the free gift a guest would receive. This involved prioritizing good craft and attention to detail. I even got to do a styled photoshoot of my finished work!
